GetfitRx provides coaching, education, community programming, and lifestyle support. Medical evaluation, prescribing, and ongoing medication management. Including any GLP-1 or peptide therapy. Are provided by independently licensed medical professionals. Submitting our qualifier or completing a paid virtual consult does not guarantee that you will be approved for any particular medication or therapy. Whether something is prescribed is a clinical decision made by the treating provider based on your individual evaluation, medical history, labs, and applicable laws and guidelines.
Telehealth services are offered only where the treating provider is licensed and where telehealth is permitted under applicable state law. In-person services described as "local" are available only at our Cranston, Rhode Island office and may be limited to residents of certain states or geographic areas.
Our qualifier is a short intake form designed to help us route you to the most appropriate next step (community membership, virtual consult, or local in-person care). The qualifier is not a clinical assessment and the routing outcome is not a medical recommendation. By submitting the qualifier, you authorize GetfitRx to contact you about your inquiry and, where appropriate, to share your responses with partner medical providers in order to evaluate next steps.
Membership fees, consult fees, and any provider fees are described on the relevant page at the time of purchase. Provider fees for telehealth visits, evaluation, and script management are separate from the cost of any prescribed medication, which is filled and billed by a pharmacy. We do not guarantee outcomes, weight loss results, or that any specific medication will be prescribed or covered by insurance.
Subscription memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at signup. Refunds, where applicable, are described at checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications from GetfitRx and our partner providers relating to your inquiry, your care, scheduling, and your account. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. Transactional messages related to your inquiry or care may continue.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by GetfitRx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetfitRx and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or, if no such payments were made, one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetfitRx and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Providence County, Rhode Island, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
